Can, no date, drunk 7/24/21. Lemony yellow/pale straw with a moderately-low haziness. White head immediately fizzles to a ring. Lactic acidity is prominent but soft and even in the nose while lightly juicy hops add nectarine, apricot, meyer lemon and a touch of pine. Soft malts add a cream-of-wheat-like character and help soften things overall. No alcohol or flaw and absolutely no twang or overabundance of cheap acidity. In the mouth it's just so perfectly tart. Wow. Unripened plum, lemon and cream-of-wheat all perfectly balance while lightly juicy meyer lemon and plentiful lactic acidity balance each other towards the finish. The malts are deep and sumptuous and well-attenuated and there is no alcohol or flaw noted. Very different than your average sour. Much more elegant, soft, mild and developed without the punchy acidity of most.
