Draught @ Salvation Taco. Slightly cloudy dark yellow with small of-white foamy head, faint malt aroma, medium carbonation, crisp malt taste, lightly bitter, thin body, abrupt finish. Nice and tasty kolsch.

Tap at salvation taco’s rooftop bar where a friend was having birthday party. Pours darker than traditional kolsch. Light nose. Tastes of grains, light bitter hopping, some grass. There is some other ingredient I am missing in sure that added to this collab but can’t figure out.
