Sampled from the tap at Red Cow North Loop. Pours a clear light earthy yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sweet and bitter citrus with touches of grass and grains backing. Flavor has both bitter and sweet citrus with grass and earthy grain underlying.

Draught @ Valhalla. Hazy bright yellow with small creamy off-white head, balanced citrus aroma, medium carbonation, medium bitter taste with citrus, smooth body, long bitter citrusy finish. Very well balanced and deceptively easy to drink.
