OMT Advent Day 3 - Tripel or OM Triple IPA. This one was old, and I mean really old, when I received it as a gift 7 years ago. Not surprisingly it was beyond salvation due to sever oxidation.

bottiglia 341 ml, schiuma bianca fine pannosa persistente, color giallo velato, al naso lieviti belgi spezie frutta gialla torta alla crema, in bocca spezie frutta a pasta gialla marmellata di pesche miele, carbonazione decisa, corpo rotondo, alcool presente e riscalda, molto dolce che bilancia bene l’amaro accentuato lungo nel finale. Le Tripel sono la mia passione e questa la trovo sopraffina! c. Bottega della birra Arona 15.11.19

Golden color, cloudy appearance. Flowery, slightly hoppy aroma. Sweetish flavor with vanilla, peach, apple. Alcohol burn. Deceptively drinkable well made beer.

Aroma 7. Appearance 3. Taste 8. Palate 3. Overall 14. Spices and Belgian yeast aroma. Spices, some banana, and alcohol taste at the end.

33cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours orange gold, hazy, with minimum foam. Aroma is fruity and yeasty, orangey. Body is fairly dense, intensely carbonated. Pretty sticky and alcoholic. Taste is sweet but with good traditional bitterness balancing everything. Finish is intense and long with am application feeling.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

75 cl bottle, bought at Airdrie Liquor Store, Alberta. It pours very cloudy pale golden, greenish highlights. Cream is off-white and disappears quite quickly, even though it's thick and foamy. Aroma is not ver intense, but diverse: coriander, cilantro, lemon, orange, orange blossom, brioche and smoke, some smoke. Taste is dry, fresh but not tart; fizzy, with moderate bitterness and a long-lasting finish. Good.

From backlog. 0,75 litre Bottle from Ralphs Mission Beach,CA. Clear Dark golden with white head. Malts, hops, yeast and spices. OK
