A remarkable wheat beer infused with a blend of Orange Pekeo and Earl Grey teas. It pours a light amber colour and will charm you with its sublime tea flavour and subtle lemon twist. A trully Canadian take on one of Europe’s newest beer styles.

On tap at The Underground, pours a hazy orange with a small white head. Nose brings out lots of lemon and Earl Grey tea. Flavour brings out more of the tea than anything with hits of lemon. Really boring, but drinkable enough. It's okay.

Draught at Pumphouse, Richmond, BC
Cloudy deep blond color, compact head. The malt aroma is a bit biscuity. Weak mouthfeel; papery flavor, with a very light lemony touch. Low bitterness.
Useless.

473 ml can from Central City. Pours a clear tea color with medium head which dissipates quickly. Light carbonation. Aroma of hops and artificial lemon dish soap. Nothing really to taste - weak lemon tea...

Ugly, muddy, beige. No head. Looks terrible. The aroma has an artificial lemon tea character. The tea comes through a lot here. The lemon accent is also noticeable, as is the sugar. I guess it’s drinkable, for a silly gimmick beer.

Tasted in July 2011 at Ottawa. Slightly hazy dark yellow appearance, small whitish foamy head, doughy aroma, citrus flavor, tea tast, long finish. Interesting brew.

Boring lager body with modest carbonation and at least a half-decent head. Aroma is of deep Belgium, in a bar near Brussels, in a steamy autumn morning as you pore over the menu for an obscure ale that you swear you heard was here. The flavour is an odd mix of green tea and sugar. Weird sour cloying finish. Extra points for a unique taste, but it’s not firing on all cylinders.

Canette 473ml.

Very bland at first then gets marginally better as it warms a little. The lemon is quite weak
