This unique coffee beer of 7.7° is enriched with JAVA coffee of the Finca La Pila from Guatemala. The Single Estate coffee beans are shade-grown at a height between 1200 and 1700 metres which gives the coffee a round and full body, with a very fruity (red fruit) taste, medium acidity and a very intense flavor. Enjoy this exclusive coffee beer! EBC 90.

At Daverlo, Assebroek. Pours hazy dark brown with a reddish hue and a frothy, tan head. The aroma contains roasted malt, coffee roast & powder, spices (pepper), dark fruits and nuts. It tastes light fruity sweet and light berry-like sour, quickly becoming light roasted bitter; spicy, slightly roasted finish with some warming alcohol. Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation. Subtle and enjoyable.

Bottled (MT/KS/MB February tasting). Deep ambery brown colour with a mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is coffee, mild burnt sugar, some slight herbal and mild toffeeish notes. Flavour is big on the coffee, but quite mild on anything else, apart from a wee bit of spicy yeast in the finish. One dimensional, but still quite tasty.

Many thanks for this beer to Eric De Geyter. Butelka 0,75cl. Jak espresso i podwojne to oczekuje mocno palonego kwaskowo gozkiego smaku, zreszta ja espresso pijam bez zadnych dodatkow, a tymbardziej cukru. Lekkie rozczarowanie. Piana i ladna lakierowana butelka w ogolnej ocenie ratuje calosc.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Hazy red-brown, tan head. Coffee flavoured candies, cold sweetened coffee, followed by light green coffee beans acidity and a hint of hops. Kinda flat, but decent.

Zoete afdronk. Koffie smaak blijft even hangen. Toch een goede combinatie.

33cl bottle. Pours dark brown with a thick white head. Belgian yeast, chocolate and some coffee. Toffee sweetness. High carbonation. Toffee, caramel and chocolate in flavor. Somewhat complex brew, but the carbonation making it tough to drink.
