Bottle at home. Pours pale pinkish orange with a quick fizz. Malty with fresh strawberries, some hay, wet oak and biscuits. Very prominent strawberry. Works surprisingly well.

Bottle shared at a tasting at troubles' place. Murky orange. Funk, oak, cobwebs, fruitiness, strawberry, citric, medium-bodied. Great.

Hazy amber with off white head. Nice oak, strawberries, leather, cobweb in the nose. Nice dry palate with good oak, strawberries, leather notes. Very tart. Fruit and oak work well together. Excellent. Tartness just lingers.

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, mild thinner, oak, sour strawberries, grass, hay, flowers, fruit stones, bark, minerals. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, soda powder, sour strawberries, oak, sorrel, mild vinegar, fruit stones, grass, citrus acid. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

Aroma is tart earthy brett, with fruity notes of raspberries, plums and musty fruit, as well as tannins and wooden barrels. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity notes of raspberries and musty fruits, farmhouse, grapes, tannins and wooden notes.

(750ml bottle from Mikkeller Webshop) Pours almost clear medium orange with a small but stable white ring of head and lively carbonation. Aroma of strawberry candy, berry pips, grapes, oranges, phenolic notes with a hint of plastic, soft wet mulchy funk, light sulphur, a little leathery wood. Flavour is light tart, base flavour of navel orange and tart grape plus moderate strawberry, lemon-lime lactic acid, apple skin, soft wood, no real funk, just a touch of phenolic/plastic quality. Finish is fairly soft, lightly tart, apple/light citrus/strawberry and a little berry pip and older hop notes. Medium bodied with softly effervescent carb. Does not much resemble a lambic to me but it's pretty pleasant for a strawberry sour with some of the unfortunate flavours that fruit can produce. Rather drinkable.

Bottle from Mikkeller Web Shop. Clear orange with a quickly fading white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, strawberry marmalade and barnyard. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. Strawberry is rarely good in beer. Very good base beer, though. 250518

Bottle big thanks to LKS. It pours hazy golden - orange with a small white head. The aroma is apricot, orangey, peach, tangerine, strawberry, rhubarb, must, lactic, green apple skin and wood. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, lactic, rhubarb, bright acidity, strawberry, orange peel, good mouth - pucker, sherbet, green apple skin and sherbet. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Really good fun. A high - quality American sour.

Bottle shared at Leightons place 18/01/2018. Many thanks! A clear golden. Orange coloured pour with a lasting forthy white head. Aroma is complex apricot jam funk, peach, light tang, grape. Flavour is composed of orange blossom, strawberry, light apricot semi sweet, lovely complexity. Palate is frothy, tart, light pucker, frorhy carbonation, spritzy carbonation. Good complexity, very drinkable.
