330ml bottle. Opaque, darkest red colour with small to average, frothy, rapidly diminishing, completely fading, pink head. Tart-ish, fruity aroma, notes of cherry, morello cherry, hints of blue grapes, a vinous touch, some leather. Taste is moderately tart, fruity, slightly vinous, notes of morello cherry, hints of blue grapes; dry finish with hints of leather. Fleshy, concentrated fruitiness.

Flaska från Etre Gourmete. Rödvinsfärgad, klar, lågt skum. Ganska syrlig, liknar en lambickriek, fin frisk körsbärsdoft och smak, relativt söt, lite saftig, lätt kärnbeska. Uppfriskande och trevlig.

BB 31-02-2018. very nice dark brown / redish color, small pinkish head. smells sour, quite funky, some wood, cherries, nutty, marzipan, some more berry notes, some green apples. very nice smell. medium to full body, bubbly carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes quite sour, nice cherry notes, some wood, bit nutty, light green apples, marzipan, spices, light grass, some funk. finishes rather sour with notes of cherries and marzipan. very nice and refreshing beer.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Hof Ten Dormaal Kriek ].[ Courtesy of DSG ]. Unclear medium to dark red color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white - pink head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy cherry, almonds, tart cherry, sour cherries. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a long duration, tart, sour, cherry, cherry fruit, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150924]

Bottle at home with Mrs Scopey. It pours rich deep purple with a decent pink - purple head. The nose is funky, musty, barnyard, woody, cherry through lozenges, wet leaves, rich blackcurrant jam and a touch of mound. The taste is crisp, tart, juicy, sweet - sour, juicy cherry, jammy action, light lactic feel, dry wood, sherbet, Granny Smith apple, sour candy, hint of acidity, red grape skin, earth and a touch of funk with a fruity finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Really juicy and fruity. Rather quaffable.

Bottle. Bright red color, red head with good retention and lacing. Aroma of dusty and lightly pepper cherry and lemon. Softly sour cherry flavor, some peppery dust, not much funk. Not very complex but still pretty tasty. Label says spontaneously fermented, so I’l not sure why this isn’t entered as a lambic-fruit.
