Bottle, 7.1%. Clear dark golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is caramelly with a touch of cream. Slightly sweetish with a floral aroma hop. Bready finish, like a well-lagered bock should be.

Bottle. Pours clear golden with airy white head. Clear but faint aroma of malt and yeast, with light touches of caramel and hops. Sweetish, malty and bready flavour with estery notes and bitter touches of hops. Hints of metal and alcohol, especially in the bitter aftertaste. Nothing special but drinkable.

Bottle shared thanks to Deanso. Pours clear brown with a small off white head. Aroma of toffee, sweet malt and caramel with a touch of dark fruit behind. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter. Light to medium bodied with light carbonation.

Süßlicher aber nicht aufdringlicher Antrunk mit steigender herber Würzigkeit. Weich süß malzig und rund bei minimal erkennbarem Alkohol. Gut! 11/11/11/9/8/10

Bottle: Light amber coloured, lively carbonation, mid-sized off-white lacy head; caramelly-grainy nose, subdued grassy hops in the background, perhaps some onions, too; moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied, unfortunately not very soft; not really lingering pale-malty and caramelly finish with a mild, but bitter aftertaste. Nothing wrong with it, but nothing more than an average Bock…

Vielen Dank an Erzengel! Klare dunkel goldene Farbe, große leicht beige Schaumkrone. Geruch kräftig malzig, Getreide, leicht karamellig. Geschmack sehr malzig, leicht süß karamellig, getreidig, leicht alkoholisch, gar nicht mal so schlecht!
