Tap @ Borefts Beer Festival 2015. Pours luminescent hazy red/purple. Aromas of beetroot, ginger, mango, brett, lemon. Taste is straight up beetroot and ginger with a slight juicy lemon zest.

Tap @ Borefts 2015. Purple pink color. Indeed mango and beetroot noticeable in the aroma. Sweet flavor with mango and beetroot. Decent, but where is the balance?

Borefts Beer Festival 7th edition day 1 25/09/2016. A light hazed pink coloured pour with a fine pink head. Aroma is wet dog, funk, raspberry, pomegranate. Flavour is composed of sweet apple, woody pomegranate, apricot. Palate is fizzy highly carbonated. Interesting.

Draught @ 7th Borefts Beer Festival 2015, Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Omnipollo Blend 2 Mango Beetroot Saison ].Unclear medium red color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy mango, beetroot, moderate yeasty, spicy - mint - minerals. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, beetroot, spices, mint, yeasty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150926]

From tap. Pours clear and golden red with a small pink head. Aroma is dense tea and sour herbal. Dense citric, herbal and teaish. Citric, herbal and medium dry, light sweet impression.

Borefts VII. Day 1. Keg. Hazy magenta colour beer, no head. Palate is light and crispy. Sweet floral generic fruits, vibrant. Candy fruits. Light crisp finish. Another real pleasant surprise from Omnipollo.

[9/25/15] Draught sample at Borefts Beer Festival 2015 in Bodegraven. Shiny red. Vegetal aroma with beetroot. Sweetish-sourish flavor with beetroot. Quite light-bodied.

Sampled @ Borefts 2015 day 2. Fluorescent pink color, no head. Smell and taste a weird sort of mintyness, mixed with very sweet sugary candy. Very weird. Interesting though.
