Borefts Beer Festival 7th edition day 1 25/09/2016. A light hazed pink coloured pour with a fine pink head. Aroma is wet dog, funk, raspberry, pomegranate. Flavour is composed of sweet apple, woody pomegranate, apricot. Palate is fizzy highly carbonated. Interesting.

[ As Omnipollo Blend 2 Mango Beetroot Saison ].Unclear medium red color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy mango, beetroot, moderate yeasty, spicy - mint - minerals. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, beetroot, spices, mint, yeasty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150926]

Sampled @ Borefts 2015 day 2. Fluorescent pink color, no head. Smell and taste a weird sort of mintyness, mixed with very sweet sugary candy. Very weird. Interesting though.
