Bottle from Tesco, consumed at home. Dark gold/copper, pretty much clear. Lots of visible carbonation at first but this dissipates quickly. Strong caramel malt aroma with some floral and honey notes. Fairly sweet malty taste, nice but a bit wearing. Bittersweet aftertaste with a slight savoury vegetal suggestion. Not bad at all for a โsupermarketโ beer.

THANKS! Bottled sample thanks to a kind soul @ Borefts 2015. Day 1. Clear golden. Nose is oily cooked vegetable, butter, sweet, sugary. Taste is popcorn, butter, sweet, candy, some garlic hops & vegetbales. Oily popcorn body. Subpar old school UK beer. Everything but exceptional for me.
