Borefts VII. Day 1. Keg, in the old Mill. Hazy amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and has a fair amount of minerally crispness. Papery caramel malts. Little dried fruits. Crisp finish. Pretty dull.

Keg in the Windmill during BBF 7, Bodegraven, 25/09/15. Clear reddish amber with a decent off white cap. Nose is caramel, candied fruit peel, earthy hop notes, biscuit malt. Taste comprises sweet licks, caramel, earthy fruit rinds. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough for the style.
