Tap @ Uiltje Bar. Deep dark brown color. Malt, banana, roast and caramel in the aroma. Hint of whisky. Malty sweet, well matured flavor with toffee, whisky and banana. Not a trac of alcohol. Dried cherry. Hazelnuts. Upcoming tartness. Complex. Nice!

Tap at Uiltje Bar. Almost black very dark reddish brown with small beige head. Sour red berries, light smoke and coffee, balsamico, old wood, grapes. Light sweet, almost medium sour and light bitter. Over medium bodied.

Tap at Uiltje Bar. Black with thin tan head. Sweet roasted chocolate malts, whiskey, apple syrup. Sweet, sour at the edges. Light bitter. Over medium body. Bottle 750ml. corked @ The Danish (Ulfborg) Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2016, TNO(U)DRBSG16 @ fonefan & Brugmasia House. [ As Uiltje 2016 Uiltje Bar Release Anniversary Editio ].ABV: 12.8%. Clear dark red brown color with a small, virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, wood, bourbon - alcohol, tobacco. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, bourbon - buzzy, chocolate, roasted, dark malt, wood, alcohol, tobacco. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20160820]

Bottle@Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2016 - Black pour with tan head. Roasted and sweet malty with notes of cocoa, sweet malty notes, some boozy wooden nuances into the finish.

Sampled from bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Gathering 2016, Ulfborg, Day 2. Opaque pitch black color, small beige head. Aroma is malts, liquorice, quite heavy liquorice actually and heavy barrel aged as well. Tastes about the same: malts, heavy liquorice, heavy barrel aging and quite some alcohol. Decent body, firm carbonation. Too much of the barrel aging and a little too much alcohol imo.

Sampled @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2016, Saturday, Day 2 75cl bottle. Pours very dark brown colour with a small tan head. Aroma of dark strong malt and chocolate. Taste of sweet strong dark malt, chocolate, boozy.

Bottled at TNOD(U)RBSG2016. Very dark brown, minimal head. Aroma of tobacco and coffee. Sweet with full body and dense, rounded mouthfeel. Treacle, syrup and tobacco, some sweet licorice. Black pepper heat in the finish. Too sweet.
