TNOD(U)RBSG16. Black, small ring of bubbles. Boozy aroma, some wood and vanilla. Flavour has coffee, wood and syrup.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Black without head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate, wood and whisky. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish with heavy alcohol. Boozy. 200816

Bottle, 12.8%. Almost black with tiny head. Aroma is roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, whiskey and oak. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, whiskey, oak, sweet, warming, notes of alcohol, dark fruit, little liquorice, hop and a little bitter.

Bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering, fonefan. Hardly any head. Color is black. Aroma and taste are wood, roast malt, chocolate, bourbon, chocolate and hops.

Intensiv malziger Antrunk mit geringer Karbonisierung. Noten von Schokolade und trockenem Alkohol, mild bitter. Die Karbonisierung fehlt an dieser Stelle, das Bier wirkt so flach, daran können die Noten, die an Schokoladenkuchen erinnern, nichts ändern. Okay. 11/10/10/6//9

Sampled from tap at ’Uiltje Taproom’. Pitch black with an off-white head. Sweetish, malty, slightly roasty and a little fruity taste of dark chocolate, lots of whisky, vanilla, some coffee, oak and dark ripe fruits. Sweet, malty, slightly roasty and a little fruity taste of dark chocolate, some coffee, lots of whisky, dark ripe fruits, vanilla and oak, followed by a medium long, slightly bitter, quite warming-alcoholic finish. Medium body, slightly oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very nice!

On tap at the Uiltje brewpub. very thin ring head. Clear black pour. Very boozy. Peaty notes

On tap at Uiltje Taproom. Black colour, no head. Aroma of red wine, tartness, wood, Brett, roasted malts, coffee, caramel. Flavour follows, light earthy, very layered, leather, vinous, tart - bitter finish. Medium bodied. Really grew on me, very tasty.

Sample at Uiltje bar. Dark pour. Aroma of malt, whisky and licorice. Heavy taste of mild peat, smoke, whisky booze, caramelised malt, licorice and mild ripe fruit. Not bad, but a little too unbalanced.

Tqp @ Uiltje bar. Black color. Short beige head. Aroma’s: fruity sour, acetone / spiritus. Also spiritus retronasal, with some alcohol and fruit. Flavor is moderate sour and moderate sweet, alcoholic (acetone). Medium bodied, rather thin for the strength. Long finish, with no new flavors. Not my thing.
