Thunderstruck, yeah, yeah, yeah! Dit goudblonde bier heeft alle clichés van een klassieke tripel, maar wel één met een Bliksem- inslag. Gebrouwen met 3 granen en 3 hoppen, is het alsof er een engeltje over je tong piest.

Bottle at home. Aroma is malt, sweetish ripe fruits, yeast, spicy notes, touch of caramel. Flavour is medium sweet and light to moderate bitter. Slightly boozy, medium bodied. Sweet and heavy Tripel, okay but hardly the most exciting beer from Bliksem so far.

33cl can from Hoptimaal. Poured hazy and golden in color, dense head. Spicy fruity tripel, got some heat with coriander notes lingering in finish.

On tap @ 't Taphuys, Utrecht.
Hazy dark golden with a huge white head. Fruity yeasty tripel aroma. Sweet taste with a fairly bitter finish. Straightforward but pleasant tripel.

Donkergeel bier met mooie schuimkraag. Smaak is bitter hoppig en een beetje kruidig met iets van peper en wat banaan en koriander. Heel goed.

A golden beer, a head is small and blond. Aroma has fruitness, sweet perry, also some dried fruits and apricot, light spicyness. Taste has perry, some spicyness, also some sweetness. Medium bodied, low carbonation. More carbonation would lightening the palate, which would be more typical. Different tripel, nice fruitness. Interesting.

Fles 33cl thuis. IBU 35. Krachtig, yeasty, kruidig, fruitig, grainy, hoppig, citrustonen, honingtoets, licht banaan, zoeten, geel fruit, koriander, pepertje, licht oily, licht koolzuur. (5-2-2021).

Bottle. Pours. Clear gold. Little head. Aroma is malt, light acidity, floral. Medium to big body. Flavour is malty and rather sweet, honey, floral hops, herbal. Not bad.

Pale Amber color. Maltaroma with some floral notes. Malty doughy sweet flavor with floral notes and Anis. Slightly alcoholic. Not Unpleasant.

Glas gedronken tijdens bier festival in Oirschot. Oranje-achtig geel bier. Aroma is moutig. Smaak is fruitig en zoet. Nasmaak is iets bitter.
