750 ml bottle bought @ Systembolaget. Shared and consumed on December 3. Served at about 70 degrees Celsius. Pours deep red with a thick pinkish white head that becomes even more thick and fluffy as the beer gets warmer. Smell is sweet and slightly sour with burnt sugar, cherries cloves and nutmeg. Taste is slightly sour, quite sweet and fullbodied. There’s lots of cherries, ginger, orange zest, figs, cloves and cardamom. Finish is sweet and slightly bitter.

29/06 0.75 l bottle courtesy of ogivlado, thanks for passing it to me and Marko! Tasted it cold and at about 70°.
At app 5° it had dark cherry body with almost no head and almost no carbonation. Fine sour cherry aroma. Sweetish biscuit and juicy flavor, spicy with lot of cloves and cinnamon. Simple, but very juicy with no alcohol felt.
Upon warming it got a medium bigger head and released lot of carbonation (obvious now why it’s low carbonated). Fine wintery aroma, not far from a Gluhwein, cinnamon, spicy, sour with some cherry. Possible some citrus peel as well. Sourish cherry flavor, similar to other cherry beers, quite similar of course to the cold version, but actually much more complex as the spices are so much more prominent now. Cinnamon is the most prominent of those, along with lemon peel, cloves and slight sugar, just as in a Gluhwein. A very interesting experience for sure, and as a lover of boiled wines, I like this one as well, only the season of drinking was wrong.

0.75l bottle, shared with heavy. Tasted both cold and hot. Pours a red-carmine body with a medium thick white head. Cold, it has a pungent nose of dried figs and cherry. Tea-like spiciness based on a heavy sweet cherry presence, cinnamon? Speculaas? Orange peel? Dunno, quite unique and interesting. Warm, it actually loses some of its complexity but is as enjoyable, far more than most Glühwein I’ve had.

Bottled 750ml. -Had this one on Christmas Eve with few friends.
Cold at 13 degrees C. Cherry red coloured, no head at all, candy cherry nose. The taste is quite similar to glögg with cherries added.
Hot at 70 degrees C. Heated in a bowl on the stove, measured with the appropriate thermometer. Cherry red coloured, big pale pink coloured, pleasant hot fruity cherry nose. I’ve managed to burn my tongue and throat (idiot, you are drinking something heated on 70 degrees C). Sweet cherry taste with spicy notes and acidic finish. Very interesting indeed but I’ll rather drink "ordinary beer".

1997 bottle shared by Matt, thanks! Poured a hazy brownish amber with no head whatsoever. Aroma had a good amount of spice that combined with a sweet grain note and a sweet cherry note. Flavor had a slightly medicinal cherry note with spices, and a bit of sweet grain in the finish.
