Cask at the King William IV. Poured a light hazy straw colour with a bubbly white head. The aroma is zesty sherbet citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter with a smooth grassy citrus hop, light pine needle palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Cask at King William IV. Pours slightly hazy pale golden with a bubbly white head. Aroma of citrus, fruity hops and a touch of cardboard. Flavour is light sweet and moderate bitter. Very watery. Thin bodied with soft carbonation.

Cask at The Old Coffee House. ti pours clear pale gold with a thick, sturdy white head. The nose is grapefruit, pomello, straw, fresh flroal and potpourri. The taste is crisp, bitter, grapefruit, lemon peel, fresh floral, earth, jasmine tea, pepper and straw with a refreshingly dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Nice jasmine tea action. Pretty delicious stuff.
