Habból csak egy vékonyka gyűrű alakul a pohár fala mellett, színe fekete. Illata csokis, pörkölt malátás, fűszeres. Íze csokis-kávés, aszalt gyümölcsös, komoly fűszeres beütéssel, hosszú, kakaóporos lecsengéssel. Bár tudnám milyen fűszer van benne. Testes, üdítően gyümölcsös, közepesen szénsavas, enyhén keserű. Nagyon finom desszert sör.

deep dark brown colour, moderate sized creamy beige head; aroma of dark chocolate, mild roasted coffee, some herbal liqueur and smoked notes; taste of roasted bitterness, syrupy sweetness and smoked notes again; not bad at all!

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks zvsn & rayaron. Black with a tan head. Aroma of roast, coffee, dark chocolate. Sweet flavor with chocolate, roast, a bit of coffee. Medium to full-bodied. Rounded. Really good.

Appearance: Very dark brown, borderline black. Tiny amount of head.
Aroma: Dark malt, roasted. Some chocolate and coffee as well.
Taste: Dark malt, burnt, warming, slight coffee. Molasses. Burnt bitterness. Not much noticeable spices. Pretty smooth. Very nice!

Bottle @ cafe Derat, small sample. Dark color, short frothy brown head. Aroma of sweet molasses, slight spicy, big chocolate, slight coffee, some roast. Slight sweet in taste, roasty bitterness, soft spices. Big base beer holds up very good against the soft spicy touch, which they clearly have balanced nicely and not put in too many. Great balance, good complexity. Superb beer.

Dark brown pour with a thin tan head. Roasted coffee, dark fruit, prunes, raisins, soy sauce, chocolate. Smooth mouthfeel with a bitter-sweet aftertaste.
