Cask @ CPK on 10th August 2011. Dark, clear copper with thick offwhite foam and full lacing. Sweet, malty aroma. Main taste grain and also vinous, as per a white wine. Large gulps bring a citric taste. Bitter sweet finish, but the bitterness increases. Grainy texture.

On tap at the Brewpub. Very light haze on this brown beer. Tiny white head. Smooth low carbonation palate, dry. The malt here has a slight โ€™darkโ€™ feel - a trace of toffee and a whisper of roast. Decent balanced mild orangey hop. Aftertaste also balanced and lingers. Not bad!
