On a quest to brew a witbier chock full of flavor, Namaste White digs deep into our culinary roots using ingredients of dried organic orange slices, fresh-cut lemongrass, peppercorns and a bit of coriander for a refreshing and sessionable experience.

“A twist on the usual witbier - complex in its aroma, simultaneously refreshing and contemplative.” - Paste

With notes of clove and subtle coriander, you'll find flavors of citrus and sweet malt, with a slightly spicy finish for a zesty mouthfeel.

Originally brewed in tribute to our friends at 3 Fonteinen Brewery in Belgium after a devastating setback to their business in 2009, Namaste White is a witbier bursting with good karma.

Bottle. Heavily carbonated anf a big head. Some spice ,coriander and grains of paradise maybe. Little grape skin. Not sweet enough for the style, thin palate.

At the brewery: so I had this before I think. Indeed, how could it be otherwise. But it never got on to this site from me weird. Makes me think of how I must have missed other stuff. Pours light gold haze with a white head. Aroma is coriander, citrus, and yeast. Taste is quite tangy with more spice and hops than I expected. Pretty nice.

35,5cl bottle shared by Arve_Christian - thanks a lot! Pours slightly hazy golden with a modest, white head. Very mild citrusy and slightly wheaty aroma with yeasty notes and hints of spices. Medium sweet with mild spicy and fruity flavours and a light bitterness. Refreshing enough, but on the boring side.

355ml bottle, trade with Skinnyviking. Huge snow white head that faded away after a short while. Golden body with a wheat haze. Grassy aroma added by wheat. Moderately flavours of pears, citrus, coriander and wheat. Very foamy in. Has not got so much to offer(shared with Finn, 16,12.2015).

Flaske 355ml spandert av Rune. Delt på Nerstranda 16 Des 15. Aprikosfarget. Uklar. Høyt luftig skum som daler fort. Bra, litt syrlig fruktaroma. Hint at banan. Veldig mye kullsyre. Smaken lett fruktig - men kullsyra overdøver det meste.

Bottle at Kowloon Taproom. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma and taste of citrus, coriander and some soap. Also notes of yeast. The mouthfeel was on the light side. Kind of drinkable but not that interesting.

Keg pour at NH Brewfest. Appearance is cloudy yellow with a small white foamy head with minimal lacing. Aroma is Belgian yeast fruity esters with spiciness. Taste is sweet fruitiness and Belgian yeast flavor as nose. Palate is light-to-medium bodied, average to lively carbonation with fruity ester Belgian yeast finish. Overall, a nice Witbier, true to the style.

Draught. Hazy bright yellow with small foamy white head, skunky aroma, medium carbonation, tangy taste, abrupt finish. I don’t know what’s wrong with this beer but did not like it at all.
