A popping citrus and tropical hop nose. Grapefruit juice colour with a pillowy white head. The taste profile starts with a wonderful collage of fresh juicy fruity hop tastes including lemon, grapefruit, melon and orange. A sweet malt backbone is softed by medium-high coarbonation. A nice medium rich body. Oddly, though, the power of the hop profile dissipates a good deal as you work your way down the bottle

Pours a hazy amber from a can, some lacing, fair amount of fine white sediment. Pineapple and light marijuana aroma, similar flavor, sweet but with a nice bright fruity acidity. Very good beer.

Bottle from Modern Liquors in D.C. Pours hazy gold with a large creamy/bubbly white head. Aroma certainly suggests hops grown under the Southern Cross. Sort of white wine and tropicals. Med+ body. Flavor is very hoppy. The stuff verges on astringent. Hop burn. Yet it is rather juicy. This has so much it’s hard for me to parse. I will consider my soul bent. Not that it wasn’t already, but now more so. This is very nice and excellent ale.

Tap pour into shaker pint glass at Jimmy’s Culpeppers. Appearance is hazy, light brown with nice finger-width creamy, pillowy white foamy head with good retention and nice lacing. Aroma is full of tropical fruit, grapefruit, mild citrus. Taste is same as aroma. Palate is medium bodied with average carbonation, finish as taste. Overall, not the most complex beer in the world but bursting with flavor and aroma.

4 oz pour on draft at ChurchKey. Hazy yellow orange with off-white head. Aromas of lemon citrus, floral, pine. Tastes of lemon and grapefruit citrus, floral, stone fruit. Medium body with a dry finish.

Lots of big initial pine and good on front but finish isn’t as hot, with some mismatch between booze and hops here - I’ve noticed this in a couple of Singlecut beers now. Tap at Churchkey.

500 ml bottle thanks to T.J. Hazy golden color, good carbonation level. Aroma is a metric ass load for scallions, green onion, and grass clippings.
Flavor is all kinds of Galaxy and Mosaic hops, like bucket loads. Strong flavors. Texture is slightly thicker with a dry grassy bitterness. This gives a solid hop slap to the mouth. Nice!

Bottle at home. Cloudy orange. Nose I tropical fruits and some dank hops. Tastes of pineapple, grapefruit, kiwi, resin, some pine needle, weed, and tough of raw dough. Palate is lightly chewy and finishes with overripe fruit. Enjoyable.
