Hazy golden coloured body with a thinnish off-white head, only about a centimetre tall. Aroma of very mellow wheat, yeast, coriander seed and citrus, all with a twang of metal and funk. Light to Medium-bodied; Assertive wheatie flavours with a lot of coriander seed noticeable, some subtle grapefruit and lemon citrus flavours along with a dose of sugars from the fruits and the residual sweetness. Aftertaste shows a good balance of malt/wheat and sweetness and a nice sweetness throughout with not much hops to speak of at all, which is okay, considering the style. Overall, a nice offering that is very easy-to-drink and refreshing on a hot day! I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased a few minutes ago at Beer Table Pantry in New York (Grand Central), New York for US$7,00 on 09-June-2017. sampled in Central Park and walking back on 9th Avenue in New York, New York on 09-June-2017 walking my two daughters home.

Draught @ Taproom No307. Bright amber color with medium sized foamy white head, vanilla like typical Belgian yeast aroma, high carbonation, slightly tart caramel flavored beer, medium tart finish. The tartness is quite nice.

Jimmy’s no. 43, NYC tap: Pours golden with a white head that leaves lacing. Aroma is yeasty, sugar, spice, pepper, and hops. Taste is less sweet than the aroma would have you expect. There is definitely some bitterness going on in this beer. Nice bite right along the finish. The hops and the white peppercorns seem to do their work pretty nicely.
