Fresh soured Passionfruit. Clearish gold with a small white head. Soured passion and aggressively salty.

Sample at GABF. Pours a hazy gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is wheat, salt, passion fruit, cereal. Thin body, wheat, salt, light passion fruit, light tartness, good.

Draught at Tip Tap Room on 4/9/16.
Thoroughly hazy, lightly cloudy white gold with a strong brass overtone. White head quickly fades to a ring.
Smells salty, fruity and very lactic. Very intense, but I don’t think I get much actual, clear passion fruit. Perhaps that’s a good thing though? It’s preferable that these things are as fermented out as possible, IMHO. Anyways, no alcohol or flaw, with lots of biscuit, wheat and minerality.
VERY salty in the mouth, probably one of the most salty, "thick", rich goses I’ve had, with ample attenuation, at least, though some definite honey character that remains sweet through the finish. Mostly engaging, ample carbonation and a very brisk texture with some slickness from malt and salt. Fruitiness and tartness build up, again, no real clear passion fruit character, but the effect is pleasant.

The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: pours yellow with a small white head. Aroma is citrus, spice, and lactic acid. I did not get too much passion fruit in the taste, but I guess there was a full fruity feel to it. Sour and salty as expected. Nice.

Sample at District Tap House. Clear orange-gold color with a thin white head that dissipates steadily to a film. Spotty lacing. Aroma of tropical fruit, yeast and spice. Light-bodied with flavors of passionfruit, yeast, malt and subtle salt. The finish is mildly tart tropical fruit and yeast. Decent overall.

Draught @ District Tap House. Hazy bright yellow with all foamy white head, moldy aroma, high carbonation, salty-sour taste with slightly moldy yeast flavor, medium sour finish. Interesting brew.

Draft at Alewife, 8/2/15
Clear golden color with a small white head and light lace. Salty and sour for sure. Hits what the style should be. Didn't get much of the fruity flavor. A bit fizzy. Decent drinkability.
