Shared 500ml bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a large fizzy white head. Aroma is funk, barnyard, subdued tart fruits, yeast. Taste follows nose. Finish is extremely dry. Very good farmhouse.

Poured into a tulip, the appearance was a soft golden copper color with a finger’s worth of dieing head that swiftly messed around the glass to leave some spotty sliding lace.
The aroma had some citrusy sweet and sour pulp and rind playing with some basement to earthy funk. Mushrooms, dried leaves, lemongrass, toast, driftwood, bubblegum and white pepper round out the edges. Light Brett making a subtle yet fine play in and around it all.
The flavor was a fine blend of the sour to tart to sweet to funky and woody. All coming together in the aftertaste to ride on into the finish.
The palate was between light and medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt fine.
Overall, pretty nice Brett saison that I would have again.

Gristmill, Brooklyn tap: pours orange with a white head. Aroma is yeasty, lightly fruity and a bit funky. Taste is similarly yeasty. Not too bretty or crazy. Well balanced. Pretty good.

Bottle (that actually exploded). Hazy rich yellow with large foamy white head, sourdough aroma, high carbonation, slightly sweet and acidic yeasty taste, long finish. Nice yeasty beer

750ml bottle, big pop from the cork, like a lot of these early Transmitter beers, didn’t gush but lots of frothy head. Nose has a lot of brett, lemon rind, straw, hay, white pepper, some white grape, some saw dust. Flavor has more complexity, a lot of vanilla actually, some butter oak, lemon, straw, peach, white grape. Finishes oily. Quite nice and the Mrs loved it.
