Dark brown with no head. Strong aroma of spicy and sweet ginger as is the flavour. Like the ginger you always get with sushi.

Bottle. Pours hazy dark amber with large beige spongy head, no clear aroma, sweetish taste with ginger flavor, alcohol undertones, abrupt finish with a ginger aftertaste. Interesting but not really much different.
