From tap at Fette Sau, New York. Aroma is grassy hops with grainy malt, light fruity, bread, hint of citrus. Light sweet and bitter. Medium body. Tasty grassy Pilsener.

Vom Fass in der Fetten Sau. Helles Gelb, trüb, kein Schaum. Aroma: leicht grasig, saure Note. Geschmack: leicht sauer, moderat fruchtig, etwas malzig, kaum Bitter.

8/11/11/9//10

Drought at Fette Sau Brooklyn. Clear rich yellow with spongy small white head, doughy aroma, slightly sour yeasty taste, low carbonation, abrupt finish. Pretty generic beer.

On draught at Fette Sau. Clear dark golden color with a medium fizzy white head that evaporates steadily. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of grassy hops and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal hops, doughy malt and a touch of fruit. The finish is mildly bitter with a spicy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.
