Pours with a deep dark body that supports a thin tan head of foam. The aroma offers up inviting chocolate brownie, fudge, a bit of spicy black licorice and rich dark coffee that has an earthy edge to it. The taste delivers smooth rich deep chocolate and rich oily coffee goodness. Wow. This is smooth, rich and yummy. Toward the finish chocolate and smooth sweet vanilla come further forward. Holy hell this is good.

(On tap @ MBCC 2017 Yellow Session, Copenhagen) Pours black with a pale brown head. Notes of dark caramel, toffee and chocolate at the core, with nutty toasty roast, soft honey sweetness, dark fruit and date accents, vanilla. Somewhat sweet overall, lightly balanced by a sort of smoky bittering roast and a little drying alcohol. Medium-full bodied with average carbonation. Good though not outstanding in tough company.

Bottle shared at kermis's, thanks Chris. Pours pretty much black with some brown foam on top. Nose is super chocolaty, lots of molasses, cocoa-filled milk chocolate with vodka soaked cherries. Taste is boozy but that is not really bothering, alcohol burn there. Creamy dark chocolate, lots of cocoa, some chilli burn there also. Great stuff.

Bottle shared thanks to kermis. Black with brown head. Coffee up front, lots of cocoa, vanilla, roasted malts, dates, raisins, thick dark roasted chocolate desserts. Like a caramelized chocolate fudge or something. Soft booze, oxidized fruits. Medium sweet and bitter. Almost full bodied with some rough alcohol. Nice aroma though it's a little rough on the alcohol.
