Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, tartness, citrus, grapefruit and funk. Taste is light sweet and medium sour with a long dry, tart, funky and citrus finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

2016 edition that pours a slight hazed, golden-amber colour with a bubbly-fizzy beige head that disappears quickly, leaving no lacing. Wild ale sourness in the nose with some white grape notes. Quite sour in the mouth as well with a tad sweetness in the background from the Chardonnay touch. The wheat helps this as well, but does not feel very wheaty. Vinous, gooseberries, some vinegars and very, very sour. Nicely done for the style.
