Draft. A hazy golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of grapefruit, hops, spices, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, grapefruits, spices, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Deep gold, bright, fairly thick head. Big mosaic nose over a biscuity, slightly chewy malt base. Bitter, but also with a fair bit of malt...mid 2000s type of structure. Well-made.

On tap at Flying Saucer, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out the tropical fruity hops upfront, with some pine, and biscuity malt. Flavour is potent, with intense dank hops, some pine, loads of weed, and biscuity malt. Dank as hell, with a weedy finish. Good stuff.

Sampled @ Mikkeller Beer Celebration 2017, Yellow Session. Fast klare goldgelbe Farbe. Geruch ist sehr hopfig, fruchtig, Aprikosen. Geschmack ist mild hopfig bitter, Aprikosen, grasig, grapefruit, toll.

[ As Alpine Beer Company Singled Out - Mosaic ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, fruity hops, old citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, old citrus, pale malt, citrus, sweet malt. Tap@MBCC May 2017, Copenhagen - Golden Amber pour with white head. Sweet fruity and malty with notes of mango, satsuma, grapefruit, sweet malty base, hoppy bitter finish.

Draught at MBCC, first session. Dotted spots on the glass, low white head, near-clear golden. Citrus nose, orange and lemon. Rich hop fruity taste, succulent citrus impact. Mid-dry fruity bitterness to ending. Soft in the mouth. Solid first beer at the festival. (Copenhagen 12.05.2017).
