Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Black with a light brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, vanilla and wood. Flavor is very sweet and rather bitter. Dry and roasted rather bitter finish with warming alcohol. 121013

Bottle @ home shared with Dutchdrebus and Thompson. Opaque pitch black color, medium sized, good lacing, light brown head. Aroma has malts, roasted malts, lightly hops, coffee and chocolate. Taste malts, hops, coffee, bitter, chocolate, liquor, slightly bourbon. Full body, medium to full carbonation. Wow, heavy but very nice indeed!

Bottle @ benzai. Pitch black colour with a small to medium light brown head. Smells ?brie? cheese, roasty, some coffee, some chocolate. Tastes vanilla, dark chocolate, coffee, roasty, bourbon, almonds.. Amazing taste. Full body, soft carbo, silky.body.

Bottle at home. Pours near black with a ring beige head. Aroma of roast, bourbon, wood, dark chocolate, light vanilla. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter. Light full bodied with soft carbonation. As other raters have said, the BA doesn’t really add. Good, but expected better.

50 cl bottle. Pours hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma is hops fruity, grapefruity and citrusy. Smooth roasted malty, chocolate and vanilla. Bitter and roasted malty, alcohol presence. Bitter and dark roasted. Solid hoppy and roasted finish.
