Bottle from dkachur, thanks Dan! Reddish brown color. Raisin and some flowery hops in the aroma. Malty sweet flavor with raisin, pepper, nutmeg, blackcurrant, banana, plums and flowery and oily hops. Good complexity, full bodied, heavy on the tongue, well hidden alcohol. Satisfyingly balanced. Oily hopbitter aftertaste, almost vinous. Syrupy mouthfeel. A huge beer!

Cloudy ruddy brown with tiny white head. Black treacle aroma. Full body, sticky, gentle fine carbonation. Taste starts with black treacle, dark toffee, raisins, port the some bitter notes develop, in part hops and in part burnt sugar. Good

Big bottle shared with my brother. Pours dark brown with a fine head. Aroma is very malty with loads of bourbon. Underlying complexity with prunes, dark berries and licorice. Huge body, thick mouthfeel. Flavour profile is complex, boozy and malty. Very rich, intense malt, lot of Bourbon. Heavy but lovely.
