(Bottle) Hazy brown colour with brief, foamy, tan head. Malty, fruity nose with raspberries, blueberries, caramel, toffee and dark bread. Malty, fruity, slightly tart taste with notes of raspberries, caramel, blueberries, toffee, dark bread and a slightly peppery, vinous finish with fairly low bitterness. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Boozy and tart with lots of tart berries. Interesting, but hardly balanced. Not the most succesful beer from this brewery, but quite nice.

Clear reddish brown beer, small creamy off-white head, stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of dried fruits, lots of raspberry jam, bit oxidized. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: lots of raspberry jam, blackberries, bitter, juicy, very fruity, nice stuff! Aftertaste: blackberries, blueberries, jam, lovely stuff, very nice, alcohol, very fruity, little bitter.

Flaska från SB, 2016. Smutsigt, brunrostigt kloakvatten med försvinnande beige krona. Potent kombo av kolaremmar, karamelliserat socker, drottningssylt, blåbär och hallon. Fortfarande kolsyra kvar. Oxiderat, en lätt metallisk ton, värme från alkoholen. Inte lättdrucket, men det här är fortfarande kul. Drar mycket åt typ Kuhnhenns syltiga isbockar med bär i.

One of these beer that have to have some temperature Had to shake the bottle/glass a bit also. Because the carbonation level was to high and destroyed this one. At right temperature and with almost no carbonation. It was a beauty! Lovely smooth fruity and vinous. Also a pleasant mild acidity. [Bottle from Systembolaget in Sweden]

Flaska från SB. Portvinsliknande färg med högt smutsrosa skum som snabbt försvinner. Söt doft av drottningsylt där hallon märks mest. Doften liknar klassisk Kuhnhens raspberrybock. Bären mer anonyma i smaken, fint värmande, stor kropp, väl integrerad alkohol. Kul att Brekeriet tar ut svängarna och brygger en sådan här vintervärmare. Väl genomfört. Gott.

Gusher. Big fizzy shortlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, raspberry, grass, bark, minerals, hay, fruit stones, weeds, grain, booze. Taste is slightly harsh sour-ish fruity, weeds, minerals, bark, fruit stones, raspberry, medicine, berry skin, hay, alcohol, paper. Medium bitterness, dry and harsh mineraly mouthfeel. Meh!
