Bottled at Folk & Friends Hornstull, Stockholm. Lightly hazy pale golden, rich head. Mild yeasty marzipan aroma with a touch of birch leaves. Dry with light body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Some grass, marzipan and birch leaves. Low bitterness. Astonishingly harmonious for a 2.8% beer.

Organic low alcoholic saison / grisette made in Sweden, bottle from a supermarket in Stockholm. Egg-white, thick and foamy, cobweb-lacing, irregular head over a hazy pale straw blonde beer with 'milky' tinge. Aroma of lemon cake, school chalk, bath foam, pasta salad, dough, green apple, dill, papier maché, faint urine. Crisp, lively onset, very harshly (over)carbonated with numbing effect, green apple, cucumber peel and unripe banana impressions, sourdough- and cold pasta-like malt body, bit soapy with a herbal, zesty, grassy hop bitter finish which at the same time develops quite some bready yeastiness; a strong chalky effect lingers. Honourable attempt at grisette, modern and enjoyable enough, but perhaps a bit thin and soapy, with a chalky flavour I did not quite enjoy too much.

(Bottle, from Bottl3.5hop, Stockholm) Pale yellow colour with big, frothy, white head. Fruity, spicy nose with notes of white bread, citrus, hay and birch leaves. Malty, fruity taste with white bread, dough, grass, hay, leaves and a mild spicy bitterness. Light body, mainly dry. On the thin side, but tasty and quite interesting. Enjoyable.
