Bottled. Black colour with a minor beige head. Aroma is lactose, some toffee, berries, coffee and mild lingonberries to it. Flavour is berries, some coffee, roasted tones with mild liquorice and some toffee tones.

(Bottle) Black colour with creamy, beige head. Malty, roasted, slightly fruity nose with coffee, milky chocolate, crisp-bread, dried apricots and rosehip. Malty, roasted taste with sweet coffee, milky chocolate, black rye bread, liquorice, apricots, red berries, rosehip and a mild cacao bitterness in a sweetish finish. Full body, sweet. Fairly heavy stout, with lingonberries and rosehip evident, but overshadowed by the sweetness. Not perfectly balanced, but quite nice.

BB 23.08.2023. black color, small coffee colored head. smells of berrry notes, licorrice, vanilla, earthy, bit ashy, bitter chocolate. nice smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of berry notes, earthy, lightly smoky, peppery, licorice, lactose, light vanilla, light molasses. finishes lightly sweet with notes of berries, molasses and some vanilla. quite nice one, quite good to drink, a bit on the sweet side.

Flaska från SB. Svart med nästan inget skum. Doft och smak av laktos, mjölk, toffee, smörkola, mörkt socker, kaffesirap. Bäriga inslag, men svårt att ringa in vare sig lingon eller nypon. Gott

Black color with a tan head that quickly diminishes. Aroma has notes of roasted malts, high presence of coffee beans, licorice. Flavor is roasty, notes of black chocolate and coffee, some ripe prunes. Light bitterness in the final and dominated by roasted malts notes.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an opaque black with a neat, light brown head. Subtle roast in the nose with a berryish hint. Medium-bodied, fairly solid roast, a very vague hint of the berries and a dry, licorice-like finish. A little underwhelming to be honest. 161117
