India Pale Ale är en öl som traditionellt bryggs med en tydlig beska och lite högre alkoholhalt. Slottskällan Blonde är en vete IPA med mycket karaktär och personlighet. Blonde är en ljusgul, ofiltrerad öl med fruktig och frisk smak.

Draught@SBWF2018, thanks Svesse). Hazy golden colour with a foamy white head. Aroma is fruity, some floral and mild citrusy tones with some slight sweet malts. Flavour is citrus, some tropical fruits, mild grass and some bready and grainy tones. Refreshing, and also has a nice bitter bite to it.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 29 Sep 2018) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, mango and peaches. Fruity taste with notes of citrus, lemon peel, mango, pineapple and a balanced grassy bitterness. Fresh and tasty. Quite nice.

Bottle@Malmö share (17/06/2017) - fuzzy golden coloured pour with medium white head. Tropical fruity hoppy and malty, grapefruit, peachy, lemon, floral and herbal hoppy, bitter finish.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Cloudy golden, rich head. Grapefruity nose with lychee and marzipan. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Husky and fruity with yeasty marzipan and tangerine jam. Long bitter finish.

Bottle from Systembolaget, e-order in June 2017. Hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma of fruit, yeast, light funk and some citrus. Similar taste. The body was medium and the finish quite bitter.

Appearance: Hazy golden colour with a white head.
Aroma: Fruit, citrus,yeast.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Yeast, fruit, a bit bitterness, some funk.
