Bottle at home, 30/09/16. Golden amber with a reddish glint topped wih an off white head that soon collapses edgeward. Nose is floral, spice, lemon rinds, hay, herbal strains, funk, hibsicus, shades of red grapefruit. Taste comprises bitter orange, floral, blood orange, spice, herbal extract, light balsa wood, clove. hot lemon drink. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Ok but not one of my favourite saisons from BBNo. Overly spiced and floral for my liking.

Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours lightly hazy pinkish gold with a big, frothy white head. Pleasant lightly tangy berries in the nose, lemon. Light sweet flavour with further lemony tang, melon, light bitterness, hints of wheat. Light bodied with average carbonation. Subtly drying in the finish, with yet more notes of lemon, some zesty citrus, undertones of berries, wheat bread. Fun stuff, refreshing.
