Dark brown colored, medium beige head. Aroma is of some malt, caramel, light coffee, dark fruity estery, apple, licorice and aniseed quite strong. Taste is medium+ sweet malt, bit sugary, some caramel, some apple and fruity esters, again strong aniseed and some licorice, bit alcohol, sweet finish. Medium+ bodied, soft carbonation, creamy. (bottle, Bierhalle Deconinck, Vichte)

F: big, tanned, not long lasting. C: dark, opaque. A: malt, dark fruits, hint of brown sugar, hint of higher alcohols, honey. T: malt, dark/red fruits, hint of cocoa, some fruity sourness, coriander, aniseed, not my cup of beer, not good balanced and not very enjoyed, medium to full body, medium carbonation, 0,33l bottle from Bierhalle Deconinck.

Bottle (shared by marduk, thanks). Pours dark amber with beige-brownish head. Aroma is sweet, fruity, malty, caramel. Flavor is sweet and bitter, caramel, malt, some fruits, some metallic notes. Overall: good enough.

33cl swing top bottle. Pours clear reddish brown colour with a huge most good lasting tan head. Aroma of sweet dark malt, toffe, red fruits, some wood. Taste of sweet dark malt, dark fruits, wood, berries, chocolate, some vanilla, pretty good!

Bottle kindly shared by Gurthnar, many thanks. Dak brown color with medium off-white head. Aroma of caramel malt, coffee, alcohol. Taste, caramel malt, alcohol, light sourness. Little bit too sweet for me, but good.

Bottle. Rich complex maltiness, alcohol present yet not even warming. Full bodied. Dried fruits, prunes, cherries. Almost no hops, yet feels balanced. High carbonation. Very good.

Nagy, tartós hab, sötétbarna szín. Pörkölt malátás, karamelles illat. Karamelles, kissé alkoholos ízek, testét a kissé édeskés pörkölt maláta adja. Enyhe keserű, komoly szénsav.

33 cl bottle. Pours very dark reddish brown with dense sand-coloured head. Aroma is loads of black fruit: blackberry, blackcurrant. Along goes a hint of black coffee. All very black. Mouthfeel is powerful, structured, round, with all flavours in perfect balance. Delicious.
