Bottle, thx to bergstaden. A hazy yellow to pale golden colored beer with a diminishing white head. Fizzy. Fruity aroma with yellow apples and ripe pears. Grass, flower notes and some hay. It’s too effervescent on the palate, dryish and medium bodied with a subtle bitterness. Some fruity sweetness, as well as yellow apples, grass and pears in the flavor. Fruity finish. Quenching, but far from superb. 170731

Bottle from systembolaget, Östersund. I remember loving this on tap at Bishops last summer and I’m glad I wasn’t dissapoitned on the bottle. I preferred the two version, the bottle felt more lager like but really it’s a beer that if you’re not paying too much attention, is supremely enjoyable. A less sweet hoegaarden. Nice. (15/7/2017) -- Bottle at Fjällnäs. Certainly gone downhill since it's original incarnation. Vegetables in aroma. No wheat in flavour. 3.2 to 2.7
