50cl bottle pours a clear light gold with some foamy, white head. Nose has apple... dusty couch... not much. Flavor is sweet, mild honey, apple. Watery finish.

Bottle from City Swiggers on the UES. Ommegang anniversary glass. Sparkly, translucent gold body. Leggy. Smells of acidic apple wine, oak, & tart, still green fruit. Taste is incredibly dry & minerally. Aspirin bitterness. Rose? Saline. Boosy. Light residual yeast. Harsh carbonation. Gets a little better as it still & warms up. Sorely needs some bittersweets blended in.

Bottle bought through the Eden cider club. Pours tiny sparkling pale golden with a small fizzy goldenish white head that quickly dissipates without leaving any trace on the glass. Smell is fruity with tart apples, star fruit, minerals and lemon peal. Taste is fruity. Mouthfeel is sparkling, dry, very tiny tart and light bodied. Finish is fruity with tart apples, star fruit, paper and mineral water. Heavy sparkling, tiny papery but also decently fruity. Quite good even though I’d prefer something fruitier. --- Beer merged from original tick of Sparkling Dry Cider on 20 Aug 2016 at 21:37 - Score: 7. Original review text: Definitely dry and also quite sparkling. Apples, tiny yellow tropical fruits, tiny cardboard. Solid but would have liked it fruitier.

375mL bottle at Schilling, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is quite dry, with some farmhouse notes and light funk. Flavour is semi-dry, with farmhouse notes, funky notes, and some stewed apples. Not overly complex, but it works well. Cohesive and really drinkable. Very nice.
