Bottle at Magnumpalooza. Pours a pale gold with no head. The aroma is vanilla, honey, orange zest, earth. Slick body, strong vanilla, citrus, carrot, nice sweetness, enjoyed this.

Fantastic! Carrots/vanilla/orange/floral/honey/peach/pear/apple; lt toffee/herbal/yeast. Sweet/med-full body. Lt acidic drying. No cloying. Dangerously smooth/mild warmth. Amazing honey complexity/balance w/ flavorings. Highly impressive, super clean.

Bottle pours with a clear watery gold body that tosses up some nice legs. The aroma offers up white chocolate brownie, honey rimmed thinly with wax, vanilla and a touch of heat at the end of the draw. The taste delivers smooth rich sweetness getting into a mild earthiness and then much bolder and richer notes of honey, white chocolate, brownie and a faint sense of the ABV. This is just knee buckling good.

Bottle on Dec 27, 2016.Clear straw yellow color, no legs or residue on the glass. Sweet, tart, honey, wild flower scent. Sweet, alcohol, spicy, some raisin taste. Honey aftertaste. Warming alcohol. Full smooth mouthfeel, light tart mixed with sweet finish.

25cl bottle via trade, thanks Timo. Dorée paille, huileux sur le verre. Arôme est très plaisant, alternant de belles effluves mielleuses avec un rétro caramel presque biscuité. Retrouve une pointe de douceur venant de la vanille avec un ajout de carotte, des extraits je suppose? Palais est doux mielleux, encore ce profil caramélisé, grillé/biscuité, petite note surette et une douceur de miel qui est compensée par une autre douceur plus fruitée quant à elle versant dans l’orangette. Petite touche carotte plaisante mais pas forcément détectable sans en être au courant, retrouve une touche rappelant le chocolat blanc. Léger fleuri du miel - wildflower - ponctue le tout.

Bottle courtesy of Johannes. Pours fairly clear pale golden leaving some subtle legs on the glass with a swirl. Smell is is fruity and vegetal with floral honey, freshly grated carrots, orange juice, hay, pollen, minerals, vanilla, lemon peal and alcohol. Taste is sweet, fruity, floral and herbal. Mouthfeel is soft, round, oily, tiny boozy and medium to full bodied. Finish is sweet with high quality floral honey, freshly grated carrots, orange juice, vanilla, pollen, hay, minerals, lemon peal and alcohol. Simple and to the point with prominent carrot, orange and vanilla. Balanced and delicious!
