Bottle at the Roadhouse BBQ, Bangkok. Poured a hazy dark amber with a thin, broken, off-white head. The aroma is surprisingly peachy. The flavour is medium bitter with a big fruit, hop liqourice bitter palate and a little toothpaste with a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. It’s the strangest "brown ale" I’ve ever had!

tap@Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014 - brown with off-white head. Sweet malty, nutty, chocolate and caramel, toffee, some light spicy citrus notes throughout. Very good.

Draught at CBC 2014. Clear copper liquid with a medium off-white head. Aroma of red berries, citrus, raw sugar and bread. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with notes of raw sugar and citrus. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Ok.

The appearance was a bit muddy somewhat hazy brown color. one and a half finger white foamy head that died within about a minute and leaves an absolute super amount of foamy lacing sticking to the sides.
The smell had a somewhat nutty but has a super amount of fruity aspects invading the aroma.
The taste was mildly sweet through the fruity notes, still there’s a nutty aspect that helps to define a somewhat decent mild sweet flavoring all throughout; a super quick strong dry malty yet somewhat fruity aftertaste; the finish is almost non-existent, but I do get a really dry finish for the most part.
On the palate, it sat at/about a light to medium, and was prettty sessionable - mmmm...perhaps if one wants to be, however for me, I don’t see this as sessionable as perhaps some may see. Carbonation is good for the style and for me - well, ok, not bad as its not too sharp and too smooth just all around ok.
Overall, I say this is a fairly good English Brown ale that I think I could have again, nothing bad yet nothing standout-ish.

Bottle at SlutFest 2011 on 04/23/2011. Clear copper body with a medium frothy off white head. Sweet toasty and lightly nutty aroma. Sweet caramel and light raisin and toffee flavor. Medium body with moderate carbonation.

Bottle at The Foundry (Mohamed Sultan Rd), Singapore, 6% ABV
Dark amber to brown cloudy color with generous head. The aroma is yeasty (the good one) and hoppy. Dark caramel flavor, a bit dusty, with some good hopping.
Modern take, but a bit dirty.

Draft - Sweet dark malts. cloudy orange brown with a rich beige head. Nice up front hop character, nutty with a little grain. I prefer a bit of sweetness I my browns that his lacks, but the hops add a nice complexity.
