Tap@Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016, Copenhagen - pours gold with small white head. Aroma and taste is sweet and tart fruity with cranberry prominence, apple and honey in support, nice boozy warming finish.

Body: Medium body and carbonation.

Draught @ BBB. Pours tiny hazy pinkish golden with a small white head that doesn’t leave much head worth mentioning. Smell is fruity with honey, mealy apples, hay, dry soil, cranberries and lemon zest. Taste is sweet, sour, fruity and tiny floral. Mouthfeel is tiny dry, tart, slightly berry skin astringent, tiny sparkling, very tiny boozy and medium bodied. Finish is tiny sweet and sour with plenty of mealy apples and astringent tart cranberries. Solid and with very well hidden alcohol but a bit too tart and astringent.
