500 ml bottle. Clear dark brown, almost black body with a medium sized tan head. Rather mild aroma, light roasted dark malt, some coffee, nor much vanilla in the nose. Flavor is very smooth, dark malt, light roast, some coffee, moderate bitterness and some vanilla. Medium body and nice aftertaste with more vanilla into it. All in all except for a bit thin body, it’s actually a nice and smooth porter for the ABV.

Tummanruskea, colanvärinen olut runsaalla sekä pitkäkestoisella beigellä vaahdolla. Oikeinkin mainiossa tuoksussa selkeästi luvattua vaniljaa, maitosuklaata ja aavistus kahvia. Maku jatkaa samalla linjalla ollen paahteisen maitokahvinen, suklainen ja vaniljainen. Hieman paahteisen kuivattava ja kahvinen loppu. Melko kevyt suutuntuma, kohtalaisen hiilihappoinen. Erittäin hyvä ja tasapainoinen olut ja maitokaupan parhaimmistoa. Toki vieläkin parempaa tämä varmasti olisi, jos runko olisi vielä hiean tukevampi.

Bottle. A reddish dark brown beer topped by a small, dense, beige head. Roasted malts, some dark chocolate and a good dash of vanilla. Caramel sauce. The flavor too is on the roasted side, with dark chocolate, some coffee and dark sugars, and a fine vanilla touch. It’s medium bodied, smooth and semi-sweet, with a fine carbonation. Caramel sauce, dark sugars, some chocolate, orange and vanilla in the quite lasting finish. Sort of unbalanced this one, but I like it. 160514
