Mölska Tallstrunt är en historisk brygd i modern tappning. Tillverkad både som öl av malt och humle och som mjöd av lokal honung, berikad av Tallskott. Resultatet är en frisk och smakrik mölska av unik karaktär. En frisk, len maltbrygd med runda inslag av honung och skog. Avnjut den väl kyld som sällskapsdryck eller till en god måltid. Ingredienser - Honung från Närke, malt, tallskott, humle (Opal), jäst, vatten. Mölska Talltrunt är i sin helhet relativt likt en fräsch lager, både vad gäller känsla och karaktär, men tallskott gör det betydligt mer unikt. Ett special "öl" producerat och tappat av Mjödhamnen i samarbete med Närke Kulturbryggeri.

Tåkete lys brun med hvitt skum. Lukter krydder, malt og honning. Mye kullsyre. Tørr. Smaker malt og urter. Kjenner mer til honning i avslutningen.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Sweet flowery, honeyish aroma. Medium body, again quite flowery, but also some not overly pleasant phenols. You sense the honey, but not in very distinct flavors. Somewhat bitter finish. Some sort of Braggot I guess, but not exactly a favorite. 260624

12oz bottle from Appalachian Vinter. NB goblet @ home. Opaque, iced tea-colored brew, soft head. Strong, wafting scent of roasted malt & pine. Taste is bittersweet upfront, drying out as it goes. Lemon -> malt -> hops -> pine -> honey -> malt -> twigs. Only as harsh as your standard piney ipa, just less flavorful. Sappy, thin texture, with subtle but foamy carbonation. It's okay. Rather have a Celebration this time of year. Add more honey & make it interesting.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 7 Oct 2017) Golden amber colour with frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of honey, pine needles and dried fruit. Malty, fruity taste with honey, apricots, orange peel, pine needles and a mild spicy bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and quite interesting. Quite nice.

33 cl bottle on February 19, 2016, thanks to Dunbar72! Ordered from Systembolaget by the bottle.BB 2019-12-31.Clear straw yellow color. fizzy white a bit drity head. Hoppy, lingonberry scent. Bitter, hoppy, lingonberry taste. Lingonberry, bitter aftertaste. Some warming alcohol. Fizzy mouthfeel, low bitterness.
