Appearance: Amber colour with an off-white head.
Aroma: Malt, caramel, floral, fruit.
Body: Medium body, low carbonation.

Draught@Akkurat, Stockholm. Amber colour with a mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is floral, wooden, some mild fruity notes as well as some caramel malts to it. Flavour is wooden and floral bitterness, along with some crisp, but quite sweet caramel malty notes with mild not-too-sweet syrupy notes to it as well. Easy to drink, yet quite bitter too.

(Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm, 19 Sep 2015) Reddish brown colour with foamy, beige head. Malty, slightly roasted nose with toast, dark bread, red fruit and crisp-bread. Malty, roasted taste with notes of toast, red fruit, crisp-bread and a balanced spicy bitterness in the finish. Tasty and well balanced bitter. Quite nice.

Tap@ Akkurat. Mahogany color, thin white head. Toffeish, caramel aroma. Sweet, caramel, toffee notes in flavor. Woody finish.

Tap at Akkurat. Ruby color, steady off-white head. Caramel and berries in the nose. Light-bodied. Grassy hoppyness, caramel, even hints of licorice. Rich brew.

Cask / real ale at Akkurat on September 28, 2015.Light hazy copper color, small teal head. Sweet, malty, toasted, fruity scent, some tobacco. Malty, tobacco, fruity taste. Slight bitter aftertaste. Medium thin mouthfeel, medium bitterness.

Cask @ Akkurat. Pours deep ruby red with a fluffy and bubbly offwhite head that slowly dissipates while leaving some sparse trace on the glass. Smell is slightly malty and floral with bread, caramel, honey, hay, minerals and lemon peal. Taste is sweet, bitter, malty and floral. Mouthfeel is soft, slightly flat, round, slightly astringent and medium bodied. Finish is sweet and bitter with sweet dark bread, biscuits, honey, hay, black tea, currants, minerals and lemon peal. Cask @ Akkurat. Notes of chocolate, almonds, red berries and herbs. Really bitter finish.

Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm. Clear mahogany colour. Hay, earth and notes of cherries up front. Dry with light-medium body and soft, firm mouthfeel. Chewy bread, red berries and hay. Long bitter finish. Excellent brown bitter.
