A really light german pilsner fermented with raspberry gives us Biére de Rosé, Beers equivalent to a fruity thirst quencher on a hot summers night. Will also work really well on the Swedish Midsommarbord.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy pale amber, small head. Sweet raspberry aroma. Sweet with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with not much flavour but sweet raspberries. Near no bitterness. Simple, but not bad.

Draught @ BBB. Pours very hazy vibrant deep yellow with a small creamy white head that leaves a small spotty trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is tiny malty and fruity with crackers, white bread, raspberries, hay, minerals and lemon zest. Taste is slightly sweet, slightly bitter, tiny sour, slightly malty and fruity. Mouthfeel is soft, round and medium bodied. Finish is tiny sweet, slightly bitter and tiny sour with crackers, white bread, raspberries, hay, minerals and lemon zest. Rather cool fruit beer.
