0,33 flaske, delt med Gunnar og Bryne på den store sommersmakingen juli-18: lett uklar strågul med ok skum. Rips, nyper, rognebær og andre lett sure innslag i en underdimensjonert hvetekropp. Ble fort endimensjonal og havner derfor i glemmeboken.

Flaska från SB. Surt sa räven... Smak och doft av lingon, jäst, citrus, ljust bröd med toner av vinbär och grapefrukt. Fin syrlighet, lagom sötma, lena toner, fin beska.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 30 Sep 2016) Hazy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, malty nose with rosehip, bread and sour berries. Malty, slightly tart taste with notes of bread, citrus, peaches and rosehip. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Low bitterness. Fresh and tasty, with an interesting fruit character. Quite nice.

Where: SBWF 2015.
Appearance: Opaque dark yellow colour with no head.
Aroma: Citrus, malt, sour, a bit acidic, rowanberries.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Citrus, fruit, malt, rowanberries.

Draught@SBWF2015. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is dry wood, some floral notes, mild yeast and some rosehip and berries. Flavour is quite similar, with a quite dry wooden finish and somewhat dry palate as well.

Tap at SBWF2015 Hazy amber color, small white head. Slightly tart fruity aroma. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Apple, white-wineous. Tart, very cider-like.

Tap@ sbwf15. Amber color, thin white head. Funky notes, sour berries, strawberries in aroma. Flavor has sour berries, mild acidic notes. Berries rules here. Refreshing, bit sharp.

Sample at SBWF 2015. (rating 6000) Hazy dark golden with a white head. Sour aroma of berries, light bread and some yeast. Similar taste. Not that bitter and with a dry finish. An ok one.
