(Draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 8 Oct 2016) Black colour with foamy, off-white head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of dark chocolate, coffee and black rye bread. Malty, roasted taste with black coffee, dark chocolate, liquorice, some oak wood and a balanced coffee bitterness in the finish. Full body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and fairly well balanced for its strength. Nice one.

Draught@SBWF2015. Deep brown colour, small head. Aroma is fruity, floral, wooden and caramelly with some mild ripe fruits as well. Flavour is raisins, liquorice, ripe fruits, toffee and quite a bunch of alcohol to it. Overly sweet.

Appearance: Dark brown colour with a beige head.
Aroma: Malt, dried fruit, soy, chocolate, raisin.
Body: Medium to full body, medium carbonation.
Flavour: Malt, dried fruit, chocolate, vinous, liquorice.

Tap@ sbwf15. Pours near black with a thin brown head. Roasted, bit tart aroma, grapes and wood. Interesting. Flavor has ash, wood, grapes, strong bitterness. Licorice. Warming. Nice one.

Tap at SBWF2015. Dark brown color, small off-white head. Coffeish, chocolaty and spicey aroma. Medium-bodied to full-bodied. Lots of everything. Licorice, roast, spices, vanilla, wood. Interesting stuff.

Sample at SBWF 2015. Almost black with a tan head. A bit vinous with roasted malt, licorice, oak and chocolate. Smooth and nicely drinkable with some warming alcohol in the finish.

Keg at SBWF. Very dark brown, small beige head. Oaky sherry aroma. Mid sweet with full body and soft mouthfeel. Licorice and chocolate, oaky sherry and pepper. Warming finish. Really nice.
