Dark red color, no head. Aroma with notes of vinegar and cherries. Flavor is quite similar as aroma, cheery notes have more presence with some barrel hints. Acidic mouthfeel.

Black with large beige head. Aroma is fizzy tablet grapes earth yoghurt. Taste is sour fruits smooth sweet cocoa stracciatella. Incredibly smooth and drinkable. Medium body. Not heavy. I dont like the mix of chocolate and fruit so much. But well done.

Pretty abysmal sour, combining a fast-dissipating tartness with a oak-tinged aspirin-n-seltzer finish. Lacks any wild yeast funk, and the taste briefly flits about wild-cherry-and-lemon acidity but quickly fades to nothingness. Smells and looks decent, but it’s all lies. This beer’s terrible.

Bottled (Spontaneous KSMT tasting). Ambery brown colour with a minor head, which vanishes quite quickly. Quite a tight and stinging aroma of sourness, some cherries, mild red berries and some slight winelike notes along with some slight wood. Flavour is tart berries, some sweet malts, mild funky notes as well as some slight yeast, cherries and mild dry madeira like notes.
